As an added plus, all WildBlue residents have lake and fishing access. Lakefront homeowners have the option of building their own private boat dock. WildBlue is located in Fort Myers/Estero on a parcel that extends between Alico Road and Corkscrew Road, just to the east of Miromar Lakes and FGCU. WildBlue is found on Corkscrew Road opposite The Preserve at Corkscrew, Bella Terra and Corkscrew Shores. WildBlue homes were all designed and constructed by well-known builders, including Lennar, Pulte, Stock
Lennar offers homesites with preserve or lake views. Available floor plans include its Executive Homes with at least two-bedrooms and two-baths. Lennar also offers Manor Homes in WildBlue. Homes in this collection offer more square footage, and often include three-to-five-bedrooms. The largest homes from Lennar are its Estate Homes. These homes feature three or more bedrooms and a three-car garage.
Pulte is also building in WildBlue. The homebuilder offers 11 floor plans within its Executive Series, Signature Series and Premier Series. While the homes vary in size and style, the floor plans from Pulte generally offer two-to-five bedrooms. Sizes range from 1,700 to more than 3,900 square feet of living space to suit families of all sizes, including empty nesters. Options include flexible spaces, media room lofts, and chef’s kitchens designed for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining.
Stock Signature Homes offers fifteen different floorplans ranging from 2,500 – 4,400 sf, including select designs that are exclusive to WildBlue. The homebuilder is also offering a smaller collection of estate lots for luxury waterfront living at the tip of the peninsula. The floorplans available include select award-winning designs including the Muirfield VIII, Madison, Madison II, and the Chandler III.
