WildBlue - Estero
WildBlue is a master-planned community located east of I-75 in Estero. This 2,960-acre development includes three expansive man-made lakes that are a by-product of this sites prior use as a limestone mine. At full build-out, the community will feature 1,096 single-family homes and 40,000 SF of retail space. 488 acres of the parcel have been granted to Lee County for a regional public park.

The WildBlue development features homes ranging in price from the $400,000s to more than $4million. Miami-based Lennar is developing the WildBlue and homes will be built in the community by Lennar, Pulte, Stock Development and WCI Communities. Current builder plans at Wild Blue include:

WildBlue is located in Estero in a parcel that extends between Alico Road and Corkscrew Road, just to the east of Miromar Lakes and FGCU. WildBlue is found on Corkscrew Road opposite The Preserve at Corkscrew, Bella Terra and Corkscrew Shores.
