Waters Edge at the Forest

Waters Edge at the Forest includes condominium homes within a larger country club and golfing community.  These condominiums were built around 1984, but are part of the larger plan developed originally by David Swor in the late 1970’s.  Homes within Waters Edge include a detached single garage with views of the golf course and the water.  This is part of a membership optional community, with golf and tennis memberships available for residents.

Amenities of living within Waters Edge include the private golf courses and the clubhouse.  There are several dining options available, as well as a fitness club and swimming pool.  In addition, a tennis membership allows residents the use of one of the many Har-Tru tennis courts on-site.

Waters Edge at the Forest is located in the middle of the larger Forest Country Club development of homes.  This subdivision is east of Hendry Creek and to the west of U.S. Highway 41 in Fort Myers, Florida.
