Verandas at Olde Hickory
Verandas at Olde Hickory features villa-style homes with views of the golf course and of the natural surroundings. Verandas is part of Olde Hickory Country Club, which was developed around 1991. This is a privately gated and bundled golf community.
Amenities of living within Verandas at Olde Hickory include the 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ron Garl. As well, there is a large clubhouse with a fitness center next door. The clubhouse also features a full restaurant. Outside, residents have use of a heating swimming pool and spa. There are also two Har-Tru tennis tennis courts and four pickle ball courts of regulation size.
Verandas at Olde Hickory is located just south of Daniels Parkway. This Fort Myers, Florida neighborhood is also just to the west of I-75 in Lee County. Alico Road runs south of the neighborhood. U.S. Highway 41 is to the west of Verandas at Olde Hickory.
