Trieste at Pelican Preserve

Trieste at Pelican Preserve includes single-family homes with nature preserve and water views.  Each home has a two-car garage and a screened-in lanai. These homes were built around 2005, part of a larger community designed by WCI.  Pelican Preserve is a 55 and older, active-adult community within a golf course setting.

Amenities of living within Trieste include access to Plaza del Sol.  The area includes fitness and aerobics space, steam rooms and a sauna, and spa treatment rooms.  There are also card, game and hobby rooms located there.  As well, on the outside are six-lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and a softball field.  Residents also have a golf course, butterfly garden and swimming pool.

Trieste is located on the northwest side of the Pelican Preserve development. This is south of Colonial Boulevard and north of Daniels Parkway in Lee County, Florida.  This Fort Myers community is to the east of I-75.
