Terrace at Highland Woods

Terrace at Highland Woods features condominium homes within four separate subdivisions. Terrace One, II, III and IV were all built around the late 1990’s. Each unit within Terrace includes one carport parking space. In all, there are around 20-30 condominiums per building with lake or golf course views. This is a gated, bundled golf course and tennis community. The neighborhood is part of a larger, master-planned development.

Amenities of living within Terrace include the golf course, four tennis courts and Bocce ball court. There is also a community clubhouse with a community swimming pool and spa. In total, there are seven swimming pools within Highland Woods. Other amenities include the exercise room and putting green.

Terrace is located to the east of U.S. Highway 41, north of West Terry Street. The condominiums of Terrace are found along Highland Woods Boulevard in Bonita Springs, Florida. This is part of the Highland Woods development of homes.
