Terrace at Heritage Palms
Terrace at Heritage Palms features several condominium-style homes built around 2004. Each unit includes an assigned parking space, living within a midrise condominium complex. Homes include views of the nearby golf course or lake. This bundled golf course community was designed by U.S. Homes between 1999 and 2006.
Amenities of living within Terrace at Heritage Palms include access to the two golf courses and putting green, along with tennis courts, basketball and Bocce ball. There is also a community swimming pool and spa, a cabana and a community park on-site. In addition, the community clubhouse offers several dining options and a library.
