Surfside Boulevard is one of the most prestigious and desirable streets in Cape Coral.  Located in the Southwest Quadrant of Cape Coral, Surfside Boulevard features upscale, custom single-family homes, many of which are located on gulf access canals.  A section of Surfside Boulevard runs parallel to the South Spreader Canal and homes on the west side have direct views across the canal to forever-protected mangrove stands.
