Schooner Village at the Landings offers first floor condominium homes built around 1979. These units all allow residents to walk from their own privately screened-in lanais out to the community gazebo and barbeque area. The condominiums included detached garages with views of the golf course and landscaped areas. This is a tennis, boating and golfing community of homes.
