Sawgrass Point at Pelican Landing includes around 125 condominium homes within a gated community. These two-story buildings feature views of the golf course, lake or nature preserve. All homes include covered parking. Sawgrass Point is part of the larger development of Pelican Landing, developed by WCI in the mid 1990’s.

Amenities of living within Sawgrass Point include a community swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a BBQ and bar area. The larger development features golf memberships, a marina and private beach area and a sailing center. Other options include the tennis center, fitness center and Bocce ball court.
