Sanibel offers a variety of condo developments with boat docks that can be either purchased with the condo unit or rented on a season basis. The boating from this barrier island is extraordinary with great fishing in both the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound as well as a multitude of islands, remote beaches and dockside dining in the area.

Sanibel has several gulf access canals where condo developments are located. Unlike other boating areas in Southwest Florida, the canals in Sanibel are quite short, maximizing the time spent on the open water.
