Sanibel Bay Front Communities

Sanibel bay front neighborhoods line the north shore of Sanibel Island, particularly on the east end. These communities are a favorite of the boating crowd and many higher-end homes offer direct gulf access. A couple of bay front neighborhoods are located in Santiva on Sanibel's west end.

Sanibel bayside boaters enjoy quick access to Pine Island Islands including Cayo Costa State Park and Cabbage Key and its restaurant where Jimmy Bufffet was inspired to write popular hit Cheeseburger in Paradise. Boaters also enjoy exploring the deeper waters of the Gulf from their Sanibel bayside location.
