Sanctuary at Pelican Landing
Sanctuary at Pelican Landing features estate-sized homes within a gated community. These single-family homes provide views of the golf course, lakes and nearby nature preserves. Built around the early 2000’s, the neighborhood of Sanctuary is part of the greater community of Pelican Landing, developed by WCI in the mid 1990’s.
Amenities of living within Sanctuary include a canoe and kayak park, a beach park and a sailing center. There is also a fishing pier and a 36-hole golf course with optional memberships available. Other options include the fitness center, Bocce ball court and the walking and jogging paths, which wind throughout the community.
Sanctuary is located near the north gate of the Pelican Landing development. The neighborhood is in Lee County, Florida, to the west of U.S. Highway 41. Estero Bay is to the east of Sanctuary and Coconut Road is to the north of this development in Bonita Springs.
