- Review public records and property data
- Enter listing in Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Feature property on Greater Fort Myers website
- Promote property via blogging and social networking
- Publish listing on national syndications sites
- Arrange showing schedule and instructions
- Pre-qualify potential buyers
Step Four: Receiving Offers
- Prepare and present all offers
- Track contract deadlines
- Coordinate bank appraisal and home inspection
- Assist in arrangement of repairs identified inspection
- Handle coordination with title company and/or attorneys
- Confirm execution of contracts and documents

- Review documents for accuracy
- Confirm that all contingencies have been met
- Coordinate closing schedule with all parties
