Colonial Country Club

Sabal Pointe at Colonial Country Club includes nearly 80 twin villa-style homes. Residents of Sabal Pointe receive a social membership to the nearby country club. The homes are part of the larger Pulte Homes designed community. All of the homes in the area were built in the mid 2000’s.

Amenities of living within a neighborhood at Colonial Country Club include the swimming pools and the large clubhouse. There is a fitness room inside, as well as a social room and a library. In addition, the community features a number of lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts. Members have the option of taking either group or private tennis lessons. Colonial Country Club also features an 18-hole, championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis.
