Ridge at Pelican Landing

Ridge at Pelican Landing provides around 40 single-family homes within a gated community. These are custom-built homes with large lots including views of the golf course, lakes and nature preserves. The entire Pelican Landing community was developed by WCI in the mid 1990’s.

Amenities of living within Ridge at Pelican Landing include those available to all residents of Pelican Landing. The property features a golf course, tennis center with multiple tennis courts and a fitness center. There is also a canoe and kayak park, as well as a 34-acre beach preserve with a boat shuttle. In addition, the area includes a Bocce ball court and walking and jogging paths throughout the community.

Ridge is located near the south gate of the Pelican Landing development. This neighborhood is in Bonita Springs, Florida. It is west of U.S. Highway 41 and east of Estero Bay. Coconut Road runs to the north of this community of homes.
