Pointe at Pelican Landing

Pointe at Pelican Landing offers around 50 coach homes and 100 carriage homes.  The homes of The Pointe all include views of the lake and fountain, or of the nature preserve and nearby Spring Creek.   The coach homes are located within two-story structures.  The condominiums are all within a three-story building.  The entire community of Pelican Landing was developed by WCI in the mid 1990s.

Amenities of living within Pointe include the community swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a BBQ area and mail station.  Other amenities include the exercise room and canoe launch.  Additional amenities within Pelican Landing include the golf course, private beach access and the tennis courts. 

Pointe is located on the southern side of the Pelican Landing development.  This neighborhood is to the west of U.S. Highway 41 and to the east of Estero Bay.  It is south of Coconut Road in Bonita Springs, Florida.
