Pinehurst Greens at Pelican Sound

Pinehurst Greens at Pelican Sound includes estate-sized homes within a larger development.  This is a golf equity community first developed by WCI Communities.  In all, there are around 80 homes within the Pinehurst Greens subdivision.  Some homes include private swimming pools with views of the nearby nature preserve.  Homes were built in the late 1990’s.

Amenities of living within Pinehurst Greens include the six lighted tennis courts, a fitness center and six community swimming pools.  Other options include the 27-holes of championship golf, plus dry boat storage, a private boat ramp and a kayak park.  As well, residents have access to a boat shuttle, taking them to Lover’s Key State Park.  The property also includes several dining options for members and residents.

Pinehurst Greens is located in Lee County, Florida.  Part of Pelican Sound Golf and River Club, this neighborhood is to the south of Alico Road.  It is east of U.S. Highway 41.
