Pate Crest Villas is a collection of townhomes, villas, and duplexes located just north of the Bell Tower area. Properties were constructed starting in the 1990s with the newest homes delivered in 2005. Units span 1,000 to 1,200 sf with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage, depending upon the layout.
