Partridge Place at the Forest includes dozens of condominium homes with both golf course and water views.  This 24-hour, guard-gated community offers more than 70 separate units within two-floor buildings.  The condominiums were built around 1981, originally developed by David Swor.  Residents have the option or purchasing a golf, tennis or social membership to the country club.
