Palm Colony at Pelican Landing
Palm Colony at Pelican Landing includes around 120 coach homes. The two-story homes feature views of the golf course, lakes and nature preserve. The homes were built in the mid 1990’s as part of the larger community of Pelican Landing, developed by WCI.
Amenities of living within Palm Colony include the membership-optional golf course, a number of tennis courts and a kayak/canoe park. There is also a butterfly garden, fitness center and Bocce ball courts. Other options within Pelican Landing include the private beach park located right along the Gulf of Mexico and the boat shuttle. In addition, there is a fishing pier. Palm Colony has its own community swimming pool and hot tub.
Palm Colony is located near the north gate of the Pelican Landing development in Lee County, Florida. This neighborhood is south of Coconut Road, east of Estero Bay and west of U.S. Highway 41 in Bonita Springs.
