Oakwood at Bonita Bay

Oakwood at Bonita Bay includes attached homes within a larger community by Bonita Bay Group. Exterior maintenance is included in this neighborhood. The carriage homes were constructed between 1987-1994. Homes include views of the golf course, lake and nature preserve. Many homes have a private screened-in lanai or porch, and each comes with at least a one-car garage. This is a gated, boating and golf course community.

Amenities of living within Oakwood include the easy access to the property’s walking path system. There are also a number of parks within Bonita Bay, including a boat ramp, canoe launch and a private beach park. In addition, the community offers five championship golf courses and 18 Har-Tru tennis courts.

Oakwood is located near the southeast side of the Bonita Bay development. This neighborhood is part of Bonita Springs, Florida. It is south of Spring Creek, north of the Imperial River and east of Estero Bay in Lee County.
