Oak Hammock at Shadow Wood

Oak Hammock at Shadow Wood offers carriage homes within a golf equity community. In all, there are approximately 100 residences in Oak Hammock. The homes offer views of the lake and golf course and were built around 2004. Oak Hammock is part of a larger development by Bonita Bay Group.

Amenities of living within Oak Hammock include a private community clubhouse, swimming pool and spa. The larger Shadow Wood community also features its own clubhouse, along with nine tennis courts and three championship golf courses. Oak Hammock is located within the Shadow Wood subdivision of The Brooks development in Lee County. This neighborhood is north of Coconut Road, to the east of U.S. Highway 41 and to the west of I-75 in Estero, Florida.
