Merano at The Colony

Merano at The Colony features luxury carriage homes within a golf course setting.  Each home has a two-car garage.  Merano is part of The Colony Golf & Bay Club, developed by WCI.  In all, there are 25 condominium buildings within Merano.  Each building is home to six residences.  Homes were built around 2004.
