McGregor Groves

McGregor Groves is an established neighborhood of single-family homes located in the McGregor Corridor of Fort Myers. Developed in the late 1950s, the community is dominated by charming Mid-century architectural styling. Many homes in the neighborhood have been recently updated and others retain original features including Terrazzo flooring and Jalousie windows. There are no HOA fees or deed restrictions and the community is not in a flood zone.

McGregor Groves is located in the McGregor Corridor of Fort Myers just south of the Midpoint Bridge. The community is bounded by Davis Drive to the north, Summerlin Road to east, Charles Road to the south and McGregor Boulevard to the west. This location is directly north of Bishop Verot High School and within walking distance of Christof's on McGregor, Publix, YMCA, Broadway Palm Theater and more.
