McGregor Estates

McGregor Estates is an established neighborhood of single-family homes located along McGregor Boulevard in Old Fort Myers. The community was originally developed in the 1950s & 1960s and many homes retain mid-century architectural features. This location is near the Ford & Edison Estates, Fort Myers Country Club, the River District and more. The McGregor Estates neighborhood is bounded by McGregor Boulevard to the west, Moreno Avenue to the north, Cortez Boulevard to the east and Ricardo Avenue to the south.
