Lakewood at Shadow Wood Preserve

Lakewood at Shadow Wood Preserve features single-family, estate homes built between the mid 2000’s and 2014.  The homes include views of the lake and the golf course.  Bonita Bay designed the overall development of Shadow Wood Preserve in 2002.  Some homes within Lakewood include private swimming pools and spas.

Amenities of living within Lakewood include membership to the three golf courses.  Arthur Hills designed 18-holes of golf.  The remaining 36-holes of the South and North courses were designed by Bob Cupp.  The development also includes two practice facilities and nine tennis courts within the tennis facility.  Membership at The Commons Club is optional.  It provides residents with access to a fitness center, spa, restaurant and the Beach Club.

Lakewood is located in Fort Myers, Florida.  This development is south of Mullock Creek and west of U.S. Highway 41.  Hendry Creek is to the west of the development in Lee County.
