Lakeside Green at Heritage Palms

Lakeside Green at Heritage Palms features condominium homes within four-story buildings. This golf course and country club community is gated, and gives residents views of the nearby lakes and of the golf course. The condominiums were built around the late 1990’s to early 2000’s. U.S. Homes designed the larger community, built up between 1999 and 2006. This is a bundled golf community.

Amenities of living within Lakeside Green, and the rest of the Heritage Palms development, include the proximity to the property’s two golf courses and putting green. There are also several Har-Tru tennis courts on the property, as well as a fishing pier, resort-style swimming pool, spa and fitness center. The clubhouse features dining options. As well, there is Bocce ball and a play area.

Lakeside Green is located in Fort Myers off Six Mile Cypress Parkway between Colonial Boulevard and Daniels Parkway.
