Lakemont Cove at Pelican Landing

Lakemont Cove at Pelican Landing features condominium homes. Developed around 1992, these homes all include views of the lakes, nature preserves or of the community swimming pool. In all, there are 125 condominium homes. Each low-rise building includes six homes. Lakemont Cove is part of the larger community of Pelican Landing, first developed by WCI in the early 1990’s.

Amenities of living within Lakemont Cove include the separate community swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a clubhouse, BBQ area and a golf course. Lakemont Cove is located in the Pelican Landing development of Bonita Springs, Florida. This neighborhood is south of Coconut Road. It is to the west of U.S. Highway 41 and to the east of Estero Bay in Lee County.
