Kenwood at Shadow Wood includes around two-dozen single-family homes, located within a golf equity community.  Homes within Kenwood offer views of the lake or golf course.  This neighborhood is part of a larger community developed by Bonita Bay Group.  The homes were built around 2004.  Some feature their own private swimming pool, spa and lanai.

Amenities at Kenwood include the clubhouse with restaurants, as well as the nine Har-Tru tennis courts.  The property also includes a walking and jogging path, playground and fishing pier.  Membership is optional to the beach club.  Part of The Commons Club, this area also includes a restaurant and fitness center.  Shadow Wood includes three golf courses. 

Kenwood is located within the Shadow Wood subdivision of The Brooks development in Lee County, Florida.  This neighborhood is north of Coconut Road in Estero.  It is west of I-75 and east of U.S. Highway 41.
