Idlewild at Verandah

Idlewild at Verandah includes coach homes within a new neighborhood setting. In all, there are around 112 separate condominium homes within Idlewild. All were built around the mid 2000’s to recent years by Centex Homes. The homes within this neighborhood include lake views, as well as views of the 4^th and 5^th holes of the nearby golf course, Old Orange. Homes in Idlewild have access to their own amenity center. This neighborhood is part of the larger, master-planned community developed by Bonita Bay Group.

Amenities of living within Idlewild include canoeing and kayaking on the river, plus several tennis courts and a fitness center. There is also a community swimming pool and there are two separate golf courses on-site. In addition, there are several restaurant options.

Idlewild is located near the east/central side of the Verandah development. This community is north of the Orange River and to the south of Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida.
