Heron Point at Pelican Landing

Heron Point at Pelican Landing offers luxury estate-sized homes.  These homes all provide views of the golf course, nature preserve or lakes within this gated, golf and boating community.  Homes were built around the late 1990’s to early 2000’s.  Heron Point is part of the larger community of Pelican Landing, developed by WCI.  The neighborhood has less than 25 homes.

Amenities of living within Heron Point include the community golf course, sailing center and Bocce ball courts.  Heron Point is very close to the community’s boat launch too, providing quick service to the beach preserve.  In addition, the community is by the tennis center, featuring a number of tennis courts.

Heron Point is located near the north gate of the Pelican Landing development.  Coconut Road is north of this Bonita Springs, Florida, community, while Estero Bay is to the west.  U.S. Highway 41 runs to the east of the community.
