Heritage Preserve

The final new community is now open at Verandah. Neal Communities recently opened its new Heritage Preserve neighborhood within the popular golf course community.  When finished, the entire Verandah community will consist of 1,400 new homes. About two-thirds of the acreage of the greater community is being left as open space, including nature preserves and lakes.

Buyers in Heritage Preserve can choose from some of the homebuilder’s most desirable floorplans, including designs from the company’s Celebration Series.  It is the very last new neighborhood planned for Verandah.

 Heritage Preserve Amenities

Situated right alongside the Orange River, Verandah is a private golf course community with not one, but two 18-hole golf courses. The property also offers a River Village amenity center with a golf clubhouse and five lighted tennis courts, along with a fitness center and a day spa.

Additionally, you’ll find riverside dining possibilities and an event facility, plus a heated swimming pool on the property. The gated community additionally offers some opportunities to get out on the Orange River with access to free kayaks, plus a community canoe and kayak launch.

Boat owners can get out on the Caloosahatchee River from one of the nearby marinas. The location also makes it easy to shop for groceries and other conveniences at the nearby Shops at Verandah.

Heritage Preserve is located off Palm Beach Boulevard, east of Fort Myers.  The greater community is less than an hour from Gulf Coast beaches, plus a shorter drive from cultural attractions and shopping in Downtown Fort Myers.
