Hammock Creek at Verandah

Hammock Creek at Verandah is a new neighborhood of just 24 custom estate-style homes. These single-family homes were all built by Daniel Wayne Homes. The subdivision of Hammock Creek offers river views of the nearby Orange River. Bonita Bay Group developed the larger community of Verandah as a “green” development.

Amenities of living within Hammock Creek include the proximity to Verandah’s River Village. This area of the property includes a restaurant, general store and boathouse, a nature center and a golf pro shop. There is also a fitness and tennis center on–site, as well as a place for kayaking and canoeing along the Orange River. Verandah also features two separate golf courses for a combined 36-holes of golf. In addition, there is also a one-acre dog park.

Hammock Creek is located on the southern edge of Verandah. This community is to the south of Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida.
