Governors Island - Fort Myers

Governors Island is a gated community of villas located in the heart of Fort Myers directly behind Bell Tower Shops. The community features winding streets with mature shady trees and a lake which provides water views for some of the homes in the community. The community was developed in the mid-1980's by National Property Development Company.

Governors Island is located off Big Pine Way, north of Daniels Parkway and within walking distance of the Bell Tower Shops. Streets in the Governors Island community include Governors Drive, Concord Way and Ashton Circle.
