Fairway Isles at Heritage Palms

Fairway Isles at Heritage Palms features buildings of low-rise, condominium homes within a bundled golf community.  Built around 2000, the condominiums of Fairway Isles are part of a larger Heritage Palms Country Club community developed by U.S. Homes between 1999-2006.  The homes each come with a one-car garage and views of the water or golf course.  This is a 24-hour, guard-gated community of homes in Lee County.
