Fairway Cove at Verandah

Fairway Cove at Verandah features single-family homes built in 2014. This new neighborhood includes many homes with private swimming pools and spas. This is a gated community offering lake and water views. Fairway Cove is part of a larger community developed by Bonita Bay Group.

Amenities of living within Fairway Cove include the nine miles of trails, which wind throughout the community.
