Dove Hollow at the Forest
Dove Hollow at the Forest features condominium homes within a gated, golf course community. This subdivision offers units built around 1981-1982, with the entire community originally developed by David Swor in the late 1970’s. These low-rise condominium buildings offer homeowners the choice of membership to the country club. The units include water views and one carport for residents.
Amenities of living within Dove Hollow include the community swimming pools, a children’s play area and parks. The country club offers members 36-holes of golf, as well as dining options within the club and a fitness center. There are also six Har-Tru tennis courts within the Forest community. The development’s western side backs up to a nature preserve.
Dove Hollow is located on the western side of the Forest Country Club development. This is east of Hendry Creek and west of U.S. Highway 41. Gladiolus Drive runs north of the Lee County neighborhood.
