Cypress Marsh at Verandah

Cypress Marsh at Verandah is a new neighborhood of around 50 custom-built homes.  These single-family residences are surrounded by four lakes as well as nature preserves.  Some homes include private swimming pools and hot tubs.  There are five builders for Cypress Marsh.  Verandah was developed by Bonita Bay Group.  This is a gated, golf course community of homes.  Many Cypress Marsh homes include preserve views.

Amenities of living within Cypress Marsh include the two championship golf courses.  There are also a number of tennis courts, as well as several miles of walking and biking trails.  Verandah includes a dog park, a resort-style swimming pool and a fitness center.  There is also room for canoeing or kayaking along the nearby Orange River.  In addition, there is also a play area.
