More About CRA District Condos

The CRA Master Plan is to create a vibrant urban village where residents can live, dine shop, work and play. Currently, over 20 projects are on the drawing board to create a lively dynamic downtown district. Tax incentive programs are in place to encourage other development in this district. The long-term vision to create a destination location that maximizes access via the Cape Coral canal system and offers a pedestrian oriented streetscape. Think Baltimore's Inner Harbor meets Naples Fifth Avenue South. At completion, over 11,000 residents could eventually live in the CRA District.

This area is home to many popular condo projects, many of which are located on canals and offer gulf access boating. From the CRA District, it is a very short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby fishing atractions include Boca Grande Pass and Charlotte Harbor. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Pine Island Sound are all popular boating destinations for CRA District residents.

The inventory of available condos in the CRA District is extensive and options are available to meet a wide range of tastes and budgets.
