Carriedale at Fiddlesticks offers condominium homes within a golf course community. Carriedale Gardens provides low-rise buildings housing condominiums built around 1986. These homes feature views of the golf course and are very close to the development’s clubhouse. Carriedale Cottages offers two-car, attached villa homes within the same development.

Amenities of living within a Fiddlesticks community include the community swimming pool and clubhouse, along with the fitness center with an aerobics studio, play area and eight Har-Tru tennis courts.
