Capri at Pelican Landing features around 64 villa-style homes.  These detached, single-family homes offer maintenance-free living.  All of the homes are one story, offering views of the lakes, golf course or nearby nature preserve.  Homes were built in Capri in the mid to late 1990’s.  The entire community of Pelican Landing was developed by WCI Communities.
