Cape Coral Vacant Land

Over 50 years ago Cape Coral was developed as a plated subdivision. The 100 square mile community was sub-divided into individual quarter-acre parcels which were subsequently sold to investors throughout the country and internationally.

At the present time, about a third of Cape Coral is developed with a higher concentration of development in the southern half of the city. New construction is visible in every corner of the city to accommodate the more than 10,000 new residents that move to Cape Coral each year.
