Cambridge Place at Crown Colony
Cambridge Place at Crown Colony was developed by Texas-based Centex in the early 2000’s. This golf course development includes single-family homes built around the golf course and a number of lakes.
Amenities of living within one of the communities of Crown Colony include the optional golf and country club memberships. The club also offers some memberships to non-residents in the community. The development includes lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course. There is also a full clubhouse with both informal and formal dining options for members, as well as social rooms and locker rooms for members to use. This gated community offers a heated swimming pool and spa, as well as nearly two-dozen lakes within the property, encompassing more than 450 acres.
Cambridge Place is located west of U.S. Highway 41 in Fort Myers, Florida. The community is south of Gladiolus Drive, between Hendry Creek and Winkler Road.
