Brantley Oaks at Verandah

Brantley Oaks at Verandah includes single-family homes built around 2008.  This neighborhood is part of a larger development planned by Bonita Bay Group.  Some homes within Brantley Oaks include private swimming pools.  A majority of the homes also offer lake views.

Amenities of living within Brantley Oaks include the two golf courses, one designed by Jack Nicklaus and the other one designed by Bob Cupp.  Other amenities include the tennis courts and a biking path.  There are also the wetlands and parks located throughout the development, in addition to several lakes.  Residents may also use the dog park.  The proximity to the Orange River allows for canoeing or kayaking.  Boaters can navigate from the marina to the Intracoastal. 

Brantley Oaks is located just west of Buckingham Road in Fort Myers, Florida.  This is south of Palm Beach Boulevard, near the Orange River.  I-75 is west of this Lee County neighborhood.
