Your Backyard is a Deepwater Canal at West Cape Estates

If you’ve always imagined living right on the waterfront, West Cape Estates is a fantastic option for homebuyers. When you move into this newer construction neighborhood, your backyard is essentially a deep-water canal.

Made up of around two-dozen or so homes in all, buyers in the area can choose from a canal home with Gulf access or a lakefront home. At the upper end of the price scale are some of the neighborhood’s coveted Gulf-access homes.

These 16 homes in West Cape Estates come with private boat slips and docks and are often priced in the multi-million-dollar range. While these homes are truly special, there are other waterfront options for buyers to consider in the neighborhood, as well.

There are around a dozen homes in West Cape Estates that sit alongside a two-acre lake. While less pricey than the Gulf-access homes, these neighborhood homes are often just as grand in design.

The luxury homes of West Cape Estates were constructed around the mid 2000s, meaning buyers will find more modern features and finishes, including things like granite countertops and crown molding. Some of the homes in the neighborhood come with private elevators and private swimming pools, and the majority are large in size.

Many of the homes in West Cape Estates come with four, five or even six bedrooms. Some also come with outdoor kitchens and plenty of entertaining space.

The homesites are also large in the community and homeowners benefit from a number of added amenities. The community itself adds in a private lake, jogging trails and a clubhouse with a fitness center.

You’ll also find some lighted tennis courts, cobblestone streets and security in the gated neighborhood of West Cape Estates. The community is situated along Burnt Store Road in Northwest Cape Coral. That’s just to the north of Tropicana Parkway.
