New homes and floor plans are available right now for buyers in Fort Myers’ hottest new neighborhood. WildBlue offers an impressive collection of new homes from such respectable home builders as Lennar, Stock and Pulte.

Lennar offers homesites with preserve or lake views. Available floor plans include its Executive Homes. Priced starting in the high $300,000s, these homes offer at least two-bedrooms and two-baths.

Lennar also offers Manor Homes in WildBlue. Starting in the low to mid $400,000s, homes in this collection offer more square footage, and often include three- to five-bedrooms.

The largest homes from Lennar are its estates. These homes are priced starting in the $500,000s. Buyers can expect three or more bedrooms and a three-car garage.

Pulte is also building in WildBlue. The homebuilder offers floor plans within its Executive Series, Signature Series and Premier Series.

While the homes vary in size and style, the floor plans from Pulte generally offer two- to five bedrooms. While it’s possible to find a home with around 1,600 square feet of living space, there are also some Pulte homes with more than 3,900 square feet of living space.

The Pulte homes are priced from the mid $300,000s, although some of the largest floor plans are priced starting from the high $500,000s. Stock Signature Homes is building several different floorplans itself, including some that are exclusive to WildBlue.

These homes include at least 2,500 square feet but can exceed 4,800 square feet of living space. The homes from Stock start in the high $600,000s. The homebuilder is also offering a smaller collection of estate lots for luxury waterfront living at the tip of the peninsula.

The single-family community of WildBlue also offers a resort-style swimming pool, a lakeside beach and a clubhouse with room for dining. In addition, you will find a tennis center, bocce, pickleball and basketball courts in the community.
