More than 1,000 new homes are coming to Estero, with construction of the new
Wild Blue community. Serenely set alongside a large lake and wooded preserves, the new gated community offers up a range of options for single-family homebuyers in
Estero, including residences priced from around the high $300,000s to some topping $1 million.
Available options for new buyers include both single and two-story floor plans from Pulte, with designs ranging from around 1,600 square feet of living space to upwards of 3,900 square feet of living space. With two- to five-bedrooms and at least two-baths, the home designs are also noted for their open floor plans, including such additions as gourmet kitchens and desirable outdoor living and entertaining space.
Meanwhile, available community amenities within Wild Blue will range from the resort-style swimming pool and clubhouse to the on-site fitness center. Other options for new residents include the tennis courts, pickleball and bocce ball courts, with fantastic lake and preserve views from the privacy of many of the home sites.
Sitting along Corkscrew Road, just east of I-75, the site had previously been protected land, kept rural to help sustain the area’s drinking water and help with potential flooding. Now an 88-acre lake and sensational amenities are planned to compliment the beauty of new construction homes and natural preserves, coming together to form one of the most impressive new communities of Estero.
With easy access to major roadways in the region, the community of
Wild Blue makes it simple to visit nearby Naples or Fort Myers, with an array of area attractions and sporting venues, such as JetBlue Park, mere minutes away from the homes. As well, the community also offers convenient access to area shops and restaurants, as well as the luxury of some of the region’s most favored beaches.
