A new community of townhomes is now selling in Gateway. Westhaven at Gateway offers two floorplans for prospective buyers to choose from in this new construction, Fort Myers neighborhood.

The Berkley floor plan includes more than 1,800 square feet of living space, with three-bedrooms and two-baths. This two-story townhome is priced starting in the low $200,000s.

The design offers a second-floor laundry room and a large master suite. It also provides for an open design, with the kitchen overlooking a nearby breakfast nook and family room. The Berkley additionally includes a large lanai and a one-car garage.

The other option is nearly identical in square footage, also including three-bedrooms and two-baths. The two-story Ava is additionally priced starting in the low $200,000s. The kitchen connects up with a formal dining area. There’s also a one-car garage with this townhome floor plan in Westhaven.

Currently there are several move-in ready designs in both floor plans, available either immediately or as soon as next month. Buyers can expect to find crown molding in the main living areas of the townhomes, plus stainless steel, GE kitchen appliances.

Other additions include granite countertops, designer lighting, and some energy efficient design features with the new residences. When complete, Westhaven will be made up of more than 70 townhomes.
