Webb’s Reserve Coming to Babcock Ranch

A brand-new gated neighborhood is coming to Babcock Ranch, and this one is sure to appeal to golfing enthusiasts. The golf course community of Webb’s Reserve will not only feature luxury homes from Lennar, but also an 18-hole golf course on the northern side of Babcock Ranch.

Buyers within Webb’s Reserve will have the opportunity to choose from low-maintenance verandas and coach homes or even single-family homes. This means a variety of floorplans ranging from around 1,800 square feet of living space, to sometimes more than 3,000 square feet of space.

In all, there are nine different floorplans that will be available to buyers, typically with two- to four-bedrooms and up to three-baths. As for some of the shared amenities, it’s not just a golf course that will sit close to the homes of Webb’s Reserve.

Residents will have access to a clubhouse with a fitness center and aerobics studio, as well as pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts. There will also be a swimming pool in the gated community of Webb’s Reserve, plus plans call for a bar and grille, serving up food and beverages.

Along with Webb’s Reserve, Lennar also plans to soon debut a new waterpark-inspired neighborhood called Tucker’s Cove. Reports suggest it will include a lazy river, a waterslide, and a luau beach.

In addition, soon the company will be adding a new coach home neighborhood called Willowgreen to Babcock Ranch. It will sit on Lake Babcock, near Founder’s Square. Pre-sales for all three new Lennar communities are expected soon.

In all, the three new neighborhoods mean more than two-dozen floorplans and dozens of exterior options for prospective homebuyers to consider in the future. As part of Babcock Ranch, buyers in all three communities will also enjoy access to some of the top amenities of living in the nation’s first solar powered town.
